Manage multiple pages at the same time
If you have multiple pages that you are administering then it's quite time consuming when trying to keep up with all your pages. Fanpage CRM gives you composite view of all your pages at the same time.
Filter the posts the way you need them
In Fanpage CRM it's possible to filter out posts the way you like - show only new posts or only posts from you. This way you can fight against information overload :).
Threaded comments
The biggest difference is the ability to reply to comments in Fanpage CRM application. As we know from Facebook there is no way of replying directly to the commenter. This makes it harder to manage all your customer questions and comments - you never know if all the clients inquiries are answered. When using Fanpage CRM all the comments still go to Facebook page without any threading but in Fanpage CRM environment you always see who got the answer and who's still waiting
Highlight posts that have new comments
In Fanpage CRM we have the logic similar to forums - posts with latest replies always jump to the top of the lists. By this it's easier to notice if some old post has new comments. We highlight the posts that have new comments and even highlight the new comments.
Client profile/history
Fanpage CRM is all about managing relations with your customers. And sometimes it's important to see the history of particular customer. You can get users posts and comments by clicking on user name.
Starring comments
It's easy to star one more more comments. This way you can easily distinguish between comments that need your attention.
RSS feed
Unique feature of Fanpage CRM is the ability to export discussions in one or multiple pages using RSS feed. If you are using Windows then we welcome you to use
Feedreader (what also happens to be our product :)) and try it out. By using Feedreader you will never miss any of comments and posts and at the same time there is no need to keep the webbrowser open. Or you can use
feedmyinbox service to get all the alerts by email.
